Policy

ClearOne will accept product returns according to the following terms and conditions:

Purchaser must obtain an RMA issued from ClearOne prior to return. Products returned without an authorized RMA will be rejected and returned to purchaser at purchaser expense.

Product must be returned within 15 days of purchase from ClearOne.

Products must be returned in sellable condition as defined by ClearOne, at ClearOne’s sole discretion. Credits are applied to the purchaser’s account after ClearOne receives and confirms the sellable condition of the product return as follows:
  • If the product is unopened, in new condition and in its original packaging, a full credit against the purchase price will be granted
  • If the product is opened, but in saleable condition, credit will be granted, but a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
  • If the product is not in saleable condition the product will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.
  • Awarded credits are applied as account credits against future purchases. No cash back.
  • Items purchased via special sales, such as ‘fire sales’, ‘B-stock’, Demo gear, etc, are not eligible for credit under this program.
