The NetStreams DigiLinX Video Distribution solution can distribute high definition video or standard definition video, depending on the video source connected to the MediaLinX MLAV300, a long with analog or Digital (S/PDIF) Audio.

Incorporating a state-of-the-art Texas Instruments® DSP , MediaLinX A/V delivers stunning video quality from your legacy video source.   Video and audio signals, once encoded into TCP/IP packets, remain uncompressed for distribution over the network. NetStreams patent-pending StreamNet technology insures the synchronization of audio and video signals for point to point, and point to multi-point distribution, delivering the highest quality with the lowest latency at data rates of up to 1Gbps. NetStreams PerfectPixel™ technology insures reliable delivery of video data and ensures all packets are delivered over the network, resulting in pixel-for-pixel, high definition video.         

The MLAV300 is also designed to deliver superb audio quality, and features a 96kHz / 24-bit BURR-BROWN analog-to-digital converter, for increased accuracy of audio replication.  NetStreams Audio Input Compensation Technology allows the custom installer to adjust the level of the legacy audio source (in software) to insure consistent volume levels between the legacy source and other digital audio sources on a digital home entertainment network or on a digital media distribution network.

The MediaLinX A/V can be powered by either the PowerLinX PL228 plug in power supply or the PowerLinX PL600 centralized power supply.
