Why Product Specialist Training?
The courses provide a basic understanding of DigiLinX products and their features. Successful completion of the course entitles the attendee to receive a certification suitable for framing. After completing the training course, you will:

• More effectively sell DigiLinX products

Offered as an self-paced, online training course.

Training Modules
Module 1 - Overview of the DigiLinX Product Line
This module is an introduction to the DigiLinX product family including how DigiLinX works, how it differs from analog based systems and the technology behind DigiLinX.

Module 2 - Review of DigiLinX Switches and Power Supplies
This module will review the various models of DigiLinX switches, called SwitchLinX and the DigiLinX power supplies, called PowerLinX. This includes how to select the proper models for your specific application.

Module 3 - Features and Capabilities of DigiLinX Audio Encoders
This module covers the DigiLinX line of audio encoders. We will cover the features and capabilities of the MediaLinX audio encoders, providing you with the information needed to select the proper devices for your specific application

Module 4 - Features and Capabilities of DigiLinX Audio Decoders
This module covers the DigiLinX line of audio decoders and amplifiers. We will cover the features and capabilities of the SpeakerLinX products, providing you with the information needed to select the proper devices to best meet the needs of your system.

Module 5 - EIM Devices Capabilities and Accessories Overview
This module will cover EIM (Expansion Interface Module) devices and how they expand the SpeakerLinX’s audio and control capabilities

Module 6 - IP Video – Review of DigiLinX Video Encoders and Decoders
This module covers the DigiLinX line of video encoders and decoders. We will cover the features and capabilities of the MediaLinX AV and ViewLinX product lines. We will provide you with the information needed to select the best devices to optimize the performance of your specific application.

Module 7 - TouchLinX Controllers Features and Capabilities
This module will cover the options for controlling your DigiLinX system. We will cover the features and capabilities of the TouchLinX series of controllers and provide you with the necessary information to select the appropriate models for your application.

Module 8 - ControLinX Capabilities Overview
This module will cover the ControLinX series of products and how they allow the DigiLinX system to control a variety of other subsystems such as lighting, HVAC, security, pool controls and other RS232 controllers and IR controlled devices.

Module 9 - Overview of Additional DigiLinX Products
This module will cover the features and functions of the remaining DigLlinX product line. It will include the DoorLinX control, and intercom device and the TheaterLinX which connects the DigiLinX system to a home theater system.

Module 10 - DigiLinX Software Features Overview
This module will cover the software features available in DigiLinX. We will introduce you to the many features of the DigiLinX software including static menus, LUA drivers, IP Intercom and macros.

These courses are especially helpful to individuals primarily involved in the promotion and selling of DigiLinX installed audio products and have little background in DigiLinX products.
